I have missed a few days posting, so I'm here to catch you up.
I chose a topic for my game. I am going with an educational field trip to the zoo. It is geared towards younger children in preschool and kindergarten. They are required to complete various tasks and as they complete each one, they will learn new facts about the animals occupying the zoo. The facts in turn help them take better care of the animals as they progress through the levels. They will have to have the basic skill sets for their age group. They will earn points for each task which can be used to purchase supplies and equipment needed to take care of the animals. Once all the animals have been properly cared for they win the game.
I have created a team page, to place all the game information in. I think I may gone a bit overboard with my idea. Not certain if I have the coding skills needed. I tend to complicate my own work.
Love the idea! I think you have done a great job drawing the different characters, I am hoping to take a drawing class sometime this summer if I can find the time or I might pick up another drawing book. Well, I need to start working on actual math instead of doing my math game. I think I will spend the whole weekend working on it though.
